Indochinese tigers are extremely endangered there are only 220 left in the wild. At the max it weighs 550 pounds (250 Kg). Male Indochinese tigers are 35 to 43 inches tall and 8.2 to 9.3 feet long. Females are 31 to 37 inches tall and 7.2 to 7.9 feet long. They eat Sambar deer, Banteng, Gaur, Wild Boar, Asian elephant calves, Hog badger, Old world Porcupines, Muntijac, Serow, Pangolin, and langurs. They can be found in Myanmar, Thailand, Laos. A female Indochinese Tiger gives birth to 2 to 4 cubs a year, and she raises them alone. They also have jaws strong enough to break bones. Indochinese tigers are a critically endangered species there are less than 250 individuals left in the world making it one of the most endangered species in the world. Some of the main threats to this majestic animal is habitat lost, poaching, and stealing body parts for Chinese traditional medicine. A fun fact is when this species prey is scarce it will eat fish, rodents, birds, and even sun bears. An asiatic wild dog species called dholes may chase off tigers from prey.
