Otter civets are an endangered species with amazing attributes. Otter Civets are equipped with webbed feet which is an adaptation to its aquatic habitat. It also has long stiff whiskers they use for foraging. they are distributed In Sumatra, Borneo, and peninsular Thailand. The Otter Civet is nocturnal and obtain most food near the water but sometimes they will climb trees to eat birds. There are 2,490 Otter Civets left. Two of the reasons there endangered is because of habitat destruction. and sometimes they will be caught in snares.
